Makeup is essential in a woman’s life. It is a must for every female. Women’s breed is of types like slender, tall, short, fat or extra slim. Skin colour also varies just like whitish, white, toned or black.  Although the list may be long, one thing they all have in common is that every woman needs cosmetics. Hence do all women need the same type of makeup or something different. It broadly varies according to body type and skin colour, while application of cosmetics is concerned. So which sort of makeup suits a given skin colour is a clear need to know.

So come on black beauties and know how to get your makeup to be street smart and gorgeous. The key of those beauties that are black is in the collection of shades, so it is advisable for you to know about undertone located in skin that is dark. You also will need skin that is well-hydrated to apply some cosmetics. This goes to make your skin healthy and beautiful.

Getting The Correct Foundation

Any dark object is a good absorber of light and radiation and therefore a good reflector also. This appears to be the same way with dark skin. That is why the skin appears to be oily, even though it may not be. You will have to avoid creamy foundations and select from bases or water-based foundation because of your skin colour. It would be better if you located the base colour closer to the skin’s colour. Apply foundation and powder gently, because dark skin reveals the layers of makeup more than another type of skin, eg. fair skin, etc..

You need to blend the base well. To perform mixing properly put in a drop of water. Do mixing and then employ. Assess for the effect in daytime. Try on a little baby powder, after applying the base. This may give your skin the necessary luster. Don’t use too much powder and dust off any excess.

Choosing The Right Shades

Choose the colours like coral, rose, deep orange for your blush. Browns and peachy colours are a definite no for you. In case you have a very dark skin tone, then rose colour will make your day,  but for nights, choose shades of wine, plum, and bronze. To provide a glow on your cheekbones combine the blusher nicely. A bit of golden colour will cause your dark skin to look stunning and glamorous on special occasions. Golden colour can be applied at your temples and corners of your eyebrows.

All About EyeShades

If you would like to use eyeshades, choose soft brown with a darker brick brown. Say no to whites and light colors. Utilize light brown. In the tuck of eyelid, use brown and pull it outward, slightly. This will give depth.

If you would like to try on more colour, choose from dark blue, purple or wine eyeshades to line your eyes, closer to the lashes. You are also able to line the eyelids with purple shade, dark gray, wine or dark blue. Soften the lines using a soggy brush or a sponge applicator. Summarize the eyes with a kajal pencil. Kaajal makes your eyes look cool and appealing and also this looks tremendously good on Indian women and Asians. Mascara can also be applied to the lashes to make them appear thicker. A glamorous look will be given to you by using mascara.

Lipstick – The Right Colour

For your lipstick choose colors such as copper, bronze, dark crimson, wine and burgundy. It is possible to use a single colour or a mix of two colors based on your skin colour. For night use darker colors. Don’t use lipstick in excess. It’ll be useful, if your lip colour will fit your own nail colours. Attempt to maintain a balance between your eye colour and your lips so that one does not look heavy on another.

Proper balance and colour mixing is very important to colour makeup. It’s equally important as your clothing.

So that if you are a dark-skinned beauty, attempt your makeup as discussed previously. After all ‘brown is beautiful’.
